Kevin was a Regional Sales Manager for ADT Security Services prior to opening his own security company. Kevin is a graduate of Merrimack College in North Andover MA where he received his Bachelor of Science in Business. He opened Nightwatch Protection Inc, an ADT Authorized Dealer back in 1998. Nightwatch targets the small business and homeowner markets. Nightwatch is the largest local ADT dealer headquartered in the New England area. They know their marketplace better than most and they surely know how to provide top-notch customer service to their customers.
Sheila is a graduate of St Francis School of Nursing in Hartford, CT and enjoyed a career as a Registered Nurse. Sheila worked at Nightwatch Protection part-time until 2008 when she joined Kevin full-time. Sheila focuses on maintaining a great staff to provide excellent customer service and works closely with the technicians and ADT to ensure a positive customer experience. She is very grateful to help keep New England families and their pets protected.
Jeanne came to work for Nightwatch Protection, Inc. a little over 8 years ago in 2008. She graduated from Northeastern University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing Management. She strives to provide exceptional customer service and helps to maintain the smoothness of the day-to-day functions of the office. It’s her pleasure to help any and all customers with questions, issues or concerns. Lastly, she is the proud mom of 2 great kids, 3 adorable dogs, and incredible cat and a proud Guardian sponsor of the ASPCA.
Adam is a 2016 graduate of the University of New Hampshire with studies in Journalism. Though his main positions with the company are in Customer Collections & Customer Service, he was recently added to the marketing team to lend a hand with his Journalism skills. He has been with Nightwatch Protection Inc. for 8 months. He always has a smile on his and a positive attitude. In his free time, he can be found surfing or being a goalie in an ice hockey game. He supports the efforts of saving the ocean and cancer research. You might be surprised to know that he has been in a punk rock band for 7 years!
Cherie has been with Nightwatch Protection Inc. for 6 months. She come to us from a Real Estate Administrative background and was an Office Manager with a local company for 14 years. She brings her flexibility to take on any task asked of her and a willingness to contribute in meaningful ways to the company. She is passionate about assisting local Veteran’s organization and working with her husband in their karaoke services company, DOCROX America. She is a two-time Cancer survivor and supports Cancer and Gastric Bypass research as she spent most of her life weighing over 325 pounds!
Rob comes to us from a long history as a restaurant manager and he also has experience with marine gears and power take-offs. His best quality that he brings to Nightwatch Protection Inc. is his ability to actively listen to the customer’s needs, quick respond to their needs with a "we" mentality, working hard to get the customer the best value for their investment. The cause closest to his heart is veteran's services. His hobbies are softball, basketball, cooking, hiking, chess, reading, spending time with family, and card games.

This is actually my second review of Nightwatch because I called the company shortly after installation to share my satisfaction. Our technician, Paul, was friendly and exceedingly knowledgeable and gave great advice on our installation needs. Paul installed our system in no time at all and gave detailed instruction on its application leaving my wife and I both very comfortable with its use. Nightwatch is fortunate to have Paul representing them!

The technician who installed my system was efficient and knew the equipment as was demonstrated by the self assured way in which he went about the process. 2nd time using this company
This is my second time using this company. They are on the ball! Organized and honest. No issues with pricing or High price sales pressure. They just gave options and advised what would be best for our 2nd pre-owned house. The "tech" was very experienced,professional, kind, and respectful.
